Broken Bear something or other.

Hotel Wod:

Amrap 12

5 db deadlifts
5 hpc
5 thrusters

35lb dbs, way too much dumbbell staring but 9 rounds.

I took that from a Coach Rutt wod, and since I got so many rounds I know I 'effed it up. Probably should have thrown front squats in there or full cleans . . meh, I about wanted to throw up anyway. Weak sauce.

Update: I did it right, but did it for amrap, unlike the previous version where I think I did it for 10 rounds or something. Maybe 7 rounds more likely. I dunno, didn't write it down . . . doh!

Squats, deads, shoulder press

Deads:

max @ 265 = 7 I might have got 8 but cant count . . . actually one of the first times my legs have gotten serious tired from the pushing. Still a PR though.

Shoulder press

max @ 95 = 11

Might be a pr. Records are sketchy.
Squats

5x155
max @ 175 = 12 Not a pr at that weight but not breathing squats either. 5, then 4 then the remainder with just a breath or two.
